Note: It is the customers responsibility to read all policies before completing your purchase. You agree to the below terms/policies once your purchase is complete.

SHIPPING POLICIES

Here at Neighborhood Trendsetter, we are working around the clock to get all shipments out as soon as possible. Due to COVID-19, you may experience shipping delays.

Processing time is 7-14 business days. Orders ship 2-3 business days after processing (preparing orders) is complete not delivered.

Orders may take up to 2-4 weeks to arrive. Many orders arrive sooner, depending on the immediate availability of ordered items. Currently we do not offer expedited shipping.

FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS $200 OR MORE (US ONLY) NO CODE NEEDED.

When you first place an order you'll receive a confirmation email and when your order is shipped you'll receive an email with tracking information.  Tracking will be sent notifying customers of shipment once orders have shipped only. Tracking will state exact date of delivery from delivery carrier not Neighborhood Trendsetter.

Once orders are dropped off to our carrier we are no longer responsible for the package or delivery time. Please provide correct shipping info at time of purchase we cannot change address after purchase is complete due to liability reasons.

We currently ship within the United States only. Shipping rates are flat for all domestic orders.

Neighborhood Trendsetter is not responsible for lost/stolen items. In the case of a lost/stolen package please contact the carrier directly. Once the order is in the possession of the carrier we do not see it again. Neighborhood Trendsetter is unable to replace items lost by the post office or stolen free of charge. We will, however, do everything in our power to assist you!

Major holidays also will increase shipping time. Please be mindful that our very small staff does not work on these days as we feel they deserve to spend time with their families. 

==> Please note that during sales & promotions, processing times may increase as order influx increases at those times. Please allow up to 5 business days to receive a response from customer service during this time. We strive to send orders out as quickly as possible and will notify you of any major delays. 

Some orders may be dropped shipped directly from our supplier. This may delay shipping. You will be notified once your order has been shipped and you will receive a tracking number

 

Note: Please do not complete your purchase/check out if you cannot wait. Currently, we are only issuing store credits. No cancels or refunds will be processed due to customers not reading policies/terms.
