Note: It is the customers responsibility to read all policies before completing your purchase. You agree to the below terms/policies once your purchase is complete.

Neighborhood Trendsetter LLC does not accept returns. Requests for exchanges, or reports of errors or damaged items, must be made within 3 business days of the delivery date. Please be sure to verify details such as sizes color and fit on the item BEFORE checking out!

EXCHANGES may be subject to a processing fee of up to $15 per item. Please email info@neighborhoodtrendsetter.com in order to receive exchange instructions. Exchanges on limited release and exclusive items are not guaranteed. Please fully ensure your order is correct BEFORE checking out!

Neighborhood Trendsetter LLC is unable to add discount codes to orders after they have already been placed, and no more than one code can be used on a single order. 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We do not offer refunds at this time. Order alterations generated by Neighborhood Trendsetter LLC will be accompanied by an email to the address used to place the order and refunded via E-gift Code, in the case of unavailable or cancelled items.
